route measured approximately 271km in length.
Assignment
involved construction of permanent ground markers, base
traverse, locating the centerline string, establishing
centerline markers every kilometer, surveying major bridge
sites and river crossings, and carrying out cross sectional
measurements amounting to approximately 4% of the total
route
